GreenMech Quadchip 160 Chipper … Coming Soon to T.H. Tree Services!
We have just had a demo of the latest 6-inch chipper the GreenMech Quadchip 160, we are very impressed. Not only does it weigh in under 750kgs – the legal tow limit for some – but it chips like a rocket!
We intend to have one of these in our arsenal in the coming months. The benefits for us are increased processing over our very good Timberwolf Tw125 but we feel we need some diesel grunt now as workloads increase.
For our customers the new chipper offers much less noise, so keeping the neighbours happy. It should be twice the speed of our current machine which means costs can be improved and in this climate that can only be a good thing.
